Host family accommodation

All ectarc Leonardo participants are provided with accommodation in a host family near to the work placement.  These families play a very important role in making each participant's stay in Wales a rewarding one. ectarc is always looking for families and individuals to host Leonardo trainees, and help them to experience all that living and working in the UK means.

How hosting works

Host families are paid £105 per week if they choose to provide breakfast, lunch and dinner for the participants and £60 per week if they prefer them to cater for themselves. A furnished bedroom (including bedding) is required, and also access to household facilities such as a washing machine. A fully-equipped kitchen (with cupboard and fridge space) is needed for self-catering participants.
